3D Renderings
See your home before it is built.
A 3D rendering turns ideas into something you can actually understand. Whether you are planning a renovation, designing a new build, or starting with a plot of land, renderings help you make confident decisions on layout, flow, and functionality before construction begins.
They remove uncertainty, improve communication, and allow you to move forward knowing exactly what you are building.
Why 3D Renderings Matter
Many people have a hard time visualizing a space based on floor plans alone. Lines on paper rarely tell the full story, whether you are standing in a home that feels dated, closed off, or in need of major changes, or looking at a plot of land and trying to imagine what will eventually live there.
3D renderings bridge that gap.
They allow you to clearly see what a space can look like before construction begins. This is especially valuable for renovations and new builds, where projects often include wall removals, layout changes, custom cabinetry, and entirely new floor plans. These are some of the hardest elements to visualize when walking into an existing home or starting from the ground up.
With 3D renderings, we can explore different layout options, test how spaces flow together, and determine the most functional version of your home before anything is built. This takes the guessing out, so you can confidently envision exactly what the finished space will look like.
Once construction begins, layouts are much harder, and often impossible, to change. Adjustments made after building starts can be costly, time consuming, and may push back your move in date. Those unexpected expenses often come at the expense of details that truly elevate a home.
By working through layout decisions early using 3D renderings, many of these issues can be avoided. In the long run, this process can save both time and money while allowing your investment to be focused on the design details that matter most.
Renderings also serve as an excellent reference for builders, helping clearly communicate design intent, reduce misunderstandings, and keep everyone aligned throughout the project.
This renovation involved wall removals and a complete reconfiguration of the main living area, including vaulting the ceilings and extending the roofline to cover part of the outdoor porch. The primary suite was also reconfigured. 3D renderings allowed us to explore layout options and finalize the most functional plan before construction began.

A Note on Materials + Finishes
Some materials and finishes can be incorporated into 3D renderings to give a general sense of how they will look together. However, not every material, texture, or product is available within the software.
Because of this, 3D renderings are best used to refine layout, scale, cabinetry design, and overall spatial planning rather than finalizing every finish detail.
If you would like guidance with materials, finishes, and styling, design-only services can be added to your project to include curated mood boards, finish selections, and product recommendations that support a cohesive final result.
How the Process Works
-
Provide floor plans, measurements, builder plans, or a site plan, along with photos and a brief overview of your goals. These details will be discussed further during your discovery and consultation call.
-
Share inspiration images, preferred styles, and any existing selections. If you already have plans in place, we will work within them, and I am happy to offer ideas and suggestions based on what you have selected. If you do not have anything chosen yet, no worries. I can work from your inspiration images and overall style direction to create a cohesive design.
-
I create the 3D model and build the visuals based on the provided plans. You will receive an initial set of renderings to review. This is where the magic happens!
-
One round of revisions is included to fine tune the layout and confirm the final design. Additional revisions can be added if needed for an additional fee.

Every project is unique, and pricing is based on scope and level of detail.
